Fulbright Scholarship is one of the flagship scholarship programs of the United States Education Foundation in Pakistan (USEFP). The scholarship is funded by the US Department of State under its regulations. These scholarships are for the study of Master and PhD level programs in the United States.

Fields of Study (MS and PhD)
Candidates can apply in all fields except clinical medicine / specialization. However, candidates are encouraged to apply in the following fields of study:- Energy

Eligibility Criteria
Following is the eligibility criteria for the scholarship:- Must be a Pakistani Citizen working and residing in the country.
Masters Program
- Minimum 16 years of education (Bachelors Degree) from a recognized University / Institute.
PhD Program
- Minimum 18 years of education (MS / M.Phil) from a recognized University / Institute.
- Should have a strong academic background.
GRE Test
Candidates should have taken the GRE test (General) before applying for the scholarship. A minimum score of 300 is required on each section but under the new scoring system, minimum scores of 138 in the verbal and 136 in quantitative sections are required.

National University of Technology (NUTECH), Islamabad has invited applications for the overseas Masters Scholarship in various fields. NUTECH is a Public University which was established in 2018. The University is administered and run by Army.

The candidates must follow the following eligibility criteria:- Must be a permanent resident of Pakistan including AJK.
- The maximum age on the closing date for the scholarship is 30 years.
- Must have 16 years of education (MSc / BSc Engineering / BE / BS) completed in all aspects.
- Must have a minimum CGPA of 3.0 / 4.0 (or 75% marks) in the Undergraduate degree.
- Should have first division throughout the academic career.
- Candidates who have already done MS are also eligible to apply.
- Candidates available on a full-time basis are only eligible to apply.
- Candidates already availing any other scholarship are ineligible to apply.

Bond
The selected candidates will have to sign a surety bond to serve NUTECH for three years after the completion of MS studies and joining NUTECH.
Applications for the Commonwealth Distance Learning Scholarships for Medical Graduates are now open. The distance learning scholarships are fully funded scholarships that are offered to the less developed commonwealth countries. Commonwealth Medical Fellowships will enable the Doctors from middle-income countries including Pakistan to enhance their clinical skills. These Medical Fellowships will also enable talented and motivated individuals to gain the knowledge and skills that are required for sustainable development.

The duration of the Medical Fellowship is 4-6 months at any approved UK University Hospital.
Below is the detailed criteria and procedure to apply:
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must meet the following eligibility criteria:- Be a permanent resident of Pakistan.
- Must have an academic appointment in Pakistan at one of the Medical Schools recognized by World Directory of Medical School (Click Here to see the List).
- Be employed by the hospital affiliated to the Medical School where you have an academic appointment.
- Must have qualified at a Medical School recognized by World Director of Medical School.
- Must have qualified as a Doctor on or before 1 October 2005 from one of the Medical School recognized by World Director of Medical School.
- Must have appeared in IELTS with a minimum score of 7.0 in each testing area and an overall score of 7.5 within 2 months of being notified that you are provisionally selected.
- Must have verified Medical qualification independently by Education of Commission for Foreign Medical Graduates for GMC within 2 months (31st August 2020) of being notified that you are provisionally selected (Click Here to Verify Medical Qualification).
Note: Candidates must be available to start the Fellowship in the UK in October - December 2020.
What the Scholarship will cover?
The Commonwealth fellowship will cover the following:- Airfare
- Research support grant
- Stipend at a rate of £1,696 per month, or £2,104 per month for those at university hospitals in the London metropolitan area.
- Reimbursement of the fee for IELTS (only for one time) and the fee for GMC registration.
- Warm clothing allowance
- Study travel grant
- For widow, divorced, or a single parent, child allowance will also be given if they are living with you.

Fulbright Scholarship is the prestigious fully-funded Scholarship which is being offered by the United States Department of States for the Pakistani Students. In Pakistan, the United States Education Program looks after the process of Fulbright Scholarship. The major goal pf Fulbright Scholarship is to promote mutual understanding between the people of Pakistan and the United States. The selected students will have to serve a residency requirement for a minimum of two years.
