Applications are open for State Bank Emerging Women Leaders Initiative Program 2022. For the first time, State Bank of Pakistan has launched a female specific trainee program to enhance the participation and representation of women in the workforce. The program is specifically designed for the young, talented, and energetic female candidates. The candidates will be trained by the professionals at the National Institute of Banking and Finance. Upon successful training, the candidates will be appointed as Assistant Director at State Bank of Pakistan.

Eligibility Criteria
Following is the criteria:- Be a female Pakistani citizen.
- Maximum age should be 29 years.
- Candidates should have done Bachelors / Masters in the eligible discipline. Candidates Graduating until June 2022 may apply with a provisional transcript.
- Must have a minimum CGPA of 2.5 / 4.0 or 60% in case of annual examination.
Location
The training will take place in Islamabad. The finally selected candidates will be placed in Karachi.Duration
