The Future Leaders program of Daraz is designed for young graduates to help them become the next leader. It is a rotational program in which the candidates will be rotated in different departments after 6 months.
The selected candidates will learn about the e-commerce industry, work on different projects, and learn skills to gain an understanding of the culture.

Eligibility Criteria
Candidates should meet the following criteria:- Should have done Bachelors Degree in the relevant discipline from a recognized Univerity.
- Must be graduated in 2021 / 2022.
- Must have a minimum CGPA of 3.0 in the case of Business and Humanities and 2.8 in the case of Engineering.
