At the end of the Fresh Start Summer Internship Program, each intern will present their project & their accomplishments to the Management team of Dawlance out of which the 05 Top Interns will be selected and awarded the following:

Golden Key to the future: This will enable them to join Dawlance post-graduation bypassing the recruitment process.
Short internship at Arçelik Headquarters in Turkey.
