Minerva has opened applications for its STIP Internship Program 2021. Minerva Student Training and Internship Program (STIP) is a leadership and development program in which the candidates will receive hands-on training and working experience on real-life projects and problems. If the company identifies the problem areas of the candidates then they will offer a mix of formal and informal training to help develop a stronger skill set.
STIP is an extensive program that requires commitment, dedication, perseverance, and willingness of the candidate to learn.
