Applications are now open for Daraz Future Leaders Program 2021. Daraz is the leading E-commerce platform in Pakistan that was established in 2012. In 2018, Daraz was acquired by Ali Baba Group. Daraz is offering a Future Leaders Program (DFLP) is for young graduates who want to become future leaders. DFLP is a job rotation program in which the candidates will be rotated after 6 months.
The selected candidates would be able to learn more about the e-commerce industry, learn project management and leadership skills, and gain an understanding of local and global cultures.

Eligibility Criteria
Following eligibility criteria will be followed:- Candidate must have done Bachelors in 2020 or 2021.
- Minimum CGPA of 3.0 / 4.0 for Business and Humanities background and 2.8 / 4.0 for Engineering background.
- Candidate must have a legal right to work in Pakistan.
Note: Masters students are not eligible to apply.
