Applications of PEL Virtual Internship is now open for 2020. The PEL Virtual Internship Program is a futuristic approach to the internship: adapting to emerging technologies and modern workplace scenarios. PEL Elecktron is an engineering company that manufactures home appliances and electrical equipment. PEL is providing an opportunity for fresh graduates and current university students to work along with pel's experienced and versatile teams and to learn modern work practices through innovative technological platforms.

• Organizational Psychology

Eligibility Criteria

Following is the eligibility criteria for the internship program:

• Candidates must be a fresh graduate or must have completed a minimum of 4 semesters in the eligible disciplines.
• Must have a minimum CGPA of 3.0/4.0.

Duration

The duration of the project is 3 weeks including one week for the project.

Selection Criteria

Candidates will be shortlisted based on their academic performance.
