As part of the Ingredion - Management Trainee Program, Management Trainee Officers (MTOs) will be immersed in various business functions based on the company's needs. Over the course of one year, MTOs will undergo rotations in at least three different functions, providing them with valuable cross-functional training and exposure to diverse aspects of the business.
Upon successful completion of the program and based on their performance, MTOs will have the chance to secure a permanent position within the company. This program is designed to nurture and empower future leaders, offering a clear pathway for professional growth and advancement within Rafhan Maize and Ingredion.

Criteria
Candidates should meet the following criteria:- Should hold Bachelors / Masters degree in the eligible discipline from a recognized University.
- Should be fresh or have up to 2 years of experience.
- Be fluent in English.
