Shell Management Trainee Program 2023

Applications are open for Shell Management Trainee Program 2023. Shell Powering Future Leaders Program is flagship program of Shell Pakistan for the currently enrolled students and graduates. The selected trainees will receive formal training that will advance their career. They will also get business knowledge, training and mentorship that they need to become a future leaders. Along with monthly stipend and other benefits, the trainees will be able to broaden their knowledge through structured learning and contribute towards the ongoing projects.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates should be studying in the 4th year of the Undergraduate Program or 2nd year of Graduate Program in a recognized University.
Candidates with max 2 years of experience are also eligible to apply.

Location

The program location is Head Office in Karachi / Regional Offices across the country.

Duration

The duration of the program is 24 months.
