Applications are open for Nippon Paints Commercial Development Trainee Program 2022. Nippon Paints is a Japanese Paint manufacturing company that is operating in the country since 2007. The company is offering business and commercial skills development program to fresh graduates as part of its talent management initiative. The selected trainees will be given exposure to different departments of the company and on-the-job training. They will work with the management team on different projects that will help them to improve their skills and competencies.

Eligibility Criteria

Following is the eligibility criteria:

Max age should be 27 years.
Should be a Fresh Graduate in the eligible discipline from a recognized University.
Minimum CGPA should be 2.5 / 4.0.
Should have 0 or 1 year of experience.
Participated in co-curricular activities at School / College / University Level.

Location

The location of the program is Lahore.

Note: Candidates must be willing to relocate to any city.

Duration

The duration of the program is 06 months. Upon final selection, candidates will have to sign a bond of 2 years.
