The EBM is offering the Future Leaders and Management Trainee Program to the fresh graduates; who have the potential to innovate, change, lead, and nourish a better tomorrow by creating lasting impacts. The selected candidates will get learning-based and hands-on experience from the industry leaders.

Following is the eligibility criteria:

Candidates should be graduates in 2021 / 2022 (Bachelors / ACCA / ACA / LLB) in the eligible discipline.
Candidates should have 0 or 1 year of experience.

Duration

The duration of the trainee program is 12 months.
