The Management Trainee Program of Bank Islami is for the fresh and ambitious graduates who want to face challenges and wish to take up a leadership role in the Banking industry. The selected candidates will be rotationally placed in various group functions where they will work on projects and will have the opportunity to be directly mentored by a Group Head. After the completion of the program, the trainees will be eligible for the managerial role.
