The program is designed for females who have left their jobs for their children, family members, or for any other reasons and now want to transition back to the workplace.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates should meet the following criteria:

1. Should be a Female.
2. Currently on a career break for a minimum of 12 months.
3. Should have previous experience in a similar or corporate environment.
4. Should be in permanent employment (minimum 1 year) before the career break.
5. Ex-employees are also eligible to apply.
