Young's Food has invited applications for its Management Trainee Program 2021. Youngs is one of the leading consumer market brands in the country which was established in 1988. The company is offering a management trainee program for the fresh graduates to provide them hands-on experience in their field.
The selected candidates will work on different projects and will get guidance from the senior management team.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates should meet the following criteria:

Should have done Bachelors Masters in the eligible disciplines from a recognized university.
Should have a minimum CGPA of 3.0 / 4.0.

Skills and Abilities

Able to work and deliver as a team player.
Should be a team leader and lead by example.
Should work on operations and maintenance of machines to improve productivity and add value to the business.

Duration

The duration of the program is 6-12 months.

Location

The location for the program is Karachi.
