The InspecTest Future Leadership Program will provide an opportunity to young graduates to learn practically through on the job training. The Leadership Program will also improve the management an leadership skills of the candidates.

Eligibility Criteria
Following is the eligibility criteria for the program:- Must be a graduate of 2019 or graduating in 2020 in the respective field.
- A minimum CGPA of 3.0/4.0.
- Must not have experience of greater than 1 year.
