The GSK Future Leaders Program is an accelerated career development program that provides graduates with skills, knowledge, and attributes to develop themselves for Leadership Position at GalaxoSmithKline (GSK). During the Program, the graduates will be going through challenging rotations across different business functions. The candidates will also get structured training and mentoring from the company professionals.

Eligibility Criteria
Candidates should meet the following eligibility criteria:General Criteria
- Must have Bachelors Degree in the respective field.
- Must not have more than 2 years of experience (except medicine)
- For Medical Program, the candidate must not have more than 3 years of experience.
Note: Candidates must be willing to relocate anywhere in the country.
Commercial Management Future Leaders
- Must have a degree in Business or any other discipline with a strong business focus and for those candidates who are interested in developing a career in commercial sales and marketing.
Supply Chain Future Leaders
- Must have a degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or any Engineering or Science discipline with a strong business focus / interest.
- Must have a degree in and Mechanical Engineering / Mechatronics Engineering.
Industrial Future Leaders
- Must have a degree in Industrial Engineering.
- Must have a degree in PharmD.
Medical Future Leaders
- Must have a degree in MBBS or BDS.
