Pakistan Technical Assistant Program (PTAP) has invited applications from Foreign Nationals / Dual Nationality Pakistani Holders for the Admission in MBBS, BDS, Pharmacy and BS Engineering in Pakistani Universities.
Through this Technical Assistant Program, foreign nationals and dual national holders would be able to get admission in the Public Sector University on merit.
Eligibility Criteria for PTAP, seats distribution, names of the institutes and application have been mentioned below:

MBBS / BDS
1) Candidates must have studied English, Chemistry, Biology, and Physics or Mathematics at Intermediate or Equivalent Level with minimum 70% marks.
2) Candidates must have appeared in SAT-II exam with minimum 550 marks in each of the three required subjects (Biology, Chemistry, and Physics or Mathematics).
OR
Foreign MCAT with a minimum score of 24.
OR
Appeared in Entry Test Conducted by the respective Institute (Minimum 60% marks).
3) In case, mode of instruction is not English in the qualifying examination, then the candidates will also have to provide an English Proficiency Certificate (IELTS with a minimum score of 5.5 OR TOEFL with a minimum score of 550 OR NUML English Language Certificate after one year English Language Course).
Engineering
1) Candidates must have studied English, Chemistry, Physics and Mathematics at Intermediate or Equivalent Level with 60% marks.
2) Candidates must have appeared in SAT-I and SAT-II exam.
OR
Appeared in Entry Test Conducted by the respective Institute.
3) In case, mode of instruction is not English in the qualifying examination, then the candidates will also have to provide an English Proficiency Certificate (IELTS with a minimum score of 5.5 OR TOEFL with a minimum score of 550 OR NUML English Language Certificate after one year English Language Course).
D. Pharmacy
1) Candidates must have studied English, Chemistry, Biology, and Physics at Intermediate or Equivalent Level with 60% marks.

1) Must have a valid proof of Foreign Nationality (Self and Parent)
2) Must have a proof of Pak-Origin in the form of Pakistan Origin Card / Nadra ID Card / Pakistani Passport.
3) Must have studied and passed 12th Grade or equivalent exams physically from abroad.

Application Procedure
Candidates who meet the eligibility criteria can download the application form from the link given below. Fill the form carefully and attach the required attested documents with the form. Four sets of the form along with attachments must be submitted in "R&I/PTAP Section of Economic Affairs Division of Pakistan".
