Pakistan ArmyTechnical Cadet Course (TCC) is a regular commission in Pakistan Army. Pre-Engineering / Computer Science candidates can apply for Technical Cadet Course. Below is the detailed procedure:

Join Pakistan Army after Pre-Engineering / ICS

Eligibility Criteria
Following is the Eligibility Criteria as laid down by Pakistan Army:
a. Qualification / Age
Join Pakistan Army as Technical Cadet (TCC)
Programs Qualification Age
1) Civil Engineering
2) Electrical (Telcom) Engineering
3) Computer Software Engineering
4) Electrical Engineering
5) Mechanical Engineering
6) Computer System Engineering
7) Mechatronics Engineering
8) Aeronautical Engineering
-FSc (Pre-Engineering) / ICS / Equivalent
with 65% marks.
-ICS candidates can only apply for Computer
Software Engineering.
17-21 years
Note: Candidates who have passed FSc Part-I Examination with minimum 65% marks and appeared / are appearing in FSc Part-II / Final Examination can also apply on “HOPE Certificates” by the Head of the institutions.
b. Gender: Male
c. Martial Status: Unmarried
d. Nationality: Citizens of Pakistan and domicile holders of Azad Kashmir / Gilgit-Baltistan. Upon final selection candidates with dual nationality to surrender nationalities other than Pakistani.
e. Physical Standards: 
Minimum Height 5’ – 4” (162.5 cm)
Weight As per Body Mass Index


Ineligibility Criteria
--Twice rejected and twice screened out by ISSB / GHQ / NHQ / AHQ Selection Board or once rejected by ISSB and once rejected by GHQ / NHQ / AHQ Selection Board.
--Withdrawn from any Academy / Training Institution of Armed Forces on any ground.
--Withdrawn from any bonded Armed Forces college / institution on disciplinary grounds.
--Dismissed / removed / debarred from Govt Services including Armed Forces.
--Convicted in a Court of Law for an offence involving moral turpitude.
--Permanently declared UNFIT by Appeal Medical Board (AMB).
--Declared medically unfit due to Hepatitis B & C (Such candidates cannot request for appearance in AMB).
--Declared medically unfit by any Armed Forces Hospital except those cleared by Appeal Medical Board.
--Diploma Holders.
--Those studying in any of the Armed Forces Institutions / Academies or nominated against reserve defence quota seats.
--Tested within 120 days gap of previous appearance in ISSB.

Registration and Preliminary Selection Procedure

Registration through Internet
A candidate can register on Join Pakistan Army. Date and time of test shall be intimated on the internet, for which the individual should have an e-mail account. Candidates will report on exact date and time given for preliminary test on computerized roll no slip. A date once given will not be changed. Candidates will also bring required documents.
Registration at AS&RCs
The candidates may report at nearest AS&RCs for registration / allotment of roll no along with necessary documents mentioned
Written / Intelligence Tests
Written tests will be based on multiple choice questions from English, Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry / Computer Studies / Computer Sciences (Only for Computer Science students). The candidates declared successful in written tests will undergo physical / medical tests at ASRCs.
Test Date: 26-03-20 to 20-04-20
Physical Test
The candidates must qualify the following physical tests:-
(1) 1.6 Km run 8 Minutes
(2) Push Ups 15 repetition in 2 Minutes
(3) Sit Ups 15 repetition in 2 Minutes
(4) Chin Ups 3 repetition in 2 Minutes
(5) Ditch Crossing 7’. 4” x 7’. 4” with a depth of 4 feet
Preliminary Medical Test
Successful candidates will undergo initial medical test at AS&RCs.

Further Selection
Only shortlisted candidates will be called for ISSB tests through website as well as call up letters. Medical examination of ISSB recommended candidates will be carried out at nearby CMHs. Final selection will be made at GHQ on the basis of candidate’s overall performance.

Training Period
One year Basic Military Training (BMT) at PMA Kakul after completion of the final professional examination.

Bond
Finally selected candidates will be required to sign a bond to serve the Army for a minimum period of 13 years.
