Heavy Industries Taxila Education City Institute of Medical Sciences, Taxila also known as (HITEC-IMS) was established in the year 2016. HITEC Institute of Medical Sciences is located in the premises of Heavy Industries Taxila Hospital in the secure environment of Taxila Cantt. Taxila, a historic seat of learning and an important archaeological site, is about 30 km northwest of Islamabad and Rawalpindi. HITEC Institute of Medical Sciences (HITEC-IMS) is recognized by Pakistan Medical and Dental Council (PMDC) and affiliated with National University of Medical Sciences (NUMS), Rawalpindi. Following eligibility criteria will be followed, (for local and foreign seat admission):-
Local Candidates
- Minimum 60% percent marks in F.Sc / A-Level / High School (Pre-Medical Group).
- NUMS Entry Test.
Overseas Candidates
- Minimum 60% percent marks in F.Sc / A-Level / High School (Pre-Medical Group).
- SAT-II score equal to or more than 550 in each of three subjects, two of which should be Biology and Chemistry, and third may be a science or of a humanities subject. SAT-II Score should not be more than 2 calendar years old as on the date of application.
- NUMS Entry Test / HEC ETC Test
