The HBL League Trainee Program for 2024 offers a comprehensive and immersive experience designed to cultivate the next generation of banking leaders. As part of the program, trainees will engage in rotational assignments spanning various departments across the bank, providing them with a holistic understanding of banking operations and functions. These rotations may encompass retail banking, corporate banking, treasury, marketing, risk management, human resources, and technology, among others.
Trainees will undergo a blend of formal classroom training sessions and on-the-job learning opportunities to enhance their knowledge and skills in banking products, financial markets, regulatory compliance, customer service, sales strategies, and leadership. Moreover, they will have the chance to contribute to strategic projects under the guidance of senior managers or mentors, involving tasks such as research, data analysis, report preparation, business plan development, and process improvement implementation.

Eligibility Criteria
Following is the criteria of the program:Management Trainee Program
- Max age should be 27 years.
- Should be a Fresh Graduate (Bachelors / Masters) in the relevant field.
- Should not have more than 2 years of experience.
- The minimum CGPA should be 2.5 / 4.0.
Accelerated Trainee Program
- The age of the candidates should be between 24-30 years.
- Candidates should have done Masters from a recognized University.
- Should have at least 2-4 years of working experience between Bachelors and Masters degree.
- The minimum CGPA should be 2.5 / 4.0.
