Soneri Bank has invited applications for its Female Trainee Program 2023. The Soneri Bank Female Graduate Trainee Program is designed to be a comprehensive learning and development initiative that equips female graduates with the skills, knowledge, and experience needed to embark on a successful banking career. The program offers a structured training plan that covers various aspects of banking, including banking operations, risk management, credit management, customer service, and more.
The selected tarinees will work with experienced professionals and learn from their expertise. They will be exposed to real-world banking scenarios and given hands-on experience in different departments, allowing them to understand the intricacies of the banking industry and develop a holistic understanding of its operations.

Criteria

Candidates should meet the following criteria:

1. Max age should be 30 years.
2. Candidates should have done at least 14 years of education from a recognized Institute.
3. Should be a Fresh Graduate.
4. Should have a minimum CGPA of 2.5 / 4.0.

Note: Candidates awaiting their final results are not eligible to apply.
