Applications are open for Shell Management Trainee Program 2022. Shell Pakistan is one of the largest oil marketing companies in the country. The Shell Management Trainee Program is for young and fresh graduates who are interested in working at a leading oil company. The selected trainees will get formal training from mentors that will improve their skills and enhance their careers. The trainees will also get the business training that will help them to become a future leader.

It is a paid program that will help the candidates to gain hands-on experience by working on different projects.

Eligibility Criteria

Following is the eligibility criteria:

Candidates should have done Bachelors / Masters (Fresh Graduates) in the relevant discipline from a recognized University.

The trainee program will take place in Karachi / Multiple Cities across the country.

Duration

The duration of the program is 12 months.
