NRSP Microfinance Bank Management Trainee Program 2022

NRSP Microfinance Bank has invited applications for its Management Trainee Program 2022. National Rural Support Program (NRSP) Microfinance Bank was established in 2011 to provide financial services to the low-income segments in the country. The Management Trainee Program aims to hire highly talented and dynamic young university graduates to train them for future leadership roles in the Bank.
After completion of training, the candidates will be inducted into the Bank's regular position with a fixed salary as per market benchmark.

Eligibility Criteria

Following is the eligibility criteria:

Maximum age of the candidates should be 28 years.
Candidates should have done a minimum of a Bachelors Degree in the eligible discipline.

Location

The location of the program is Head Office Bahawalpur / Regional Offices.

Duration

The duration of the trainee program is 06 months.
